Hack Squat: 12,12,12,12
Squat: 8,8,8,8
Seated Calf Raises: 15,15,15,15
Standing Calf Raises: 12,12,12,12
Lunges: 30 feet (4 sets)

*Always Stretch before performing any exercises.
